Be careful on certain holes of Rufus and the hard difficulty courses!!!
We are so used to thinking the 'On the green' putting grid details every nook and cranny of the green but that's not true. The grid gives us enough information to make a well guessed putt.
However this doesn't apply to EVERY green. I'm sure you've had some Rufus grids at certain pin locations where 'ALL' the horizontal lines to a grid move from right to left and then when you putt the ball, the ball MOVES to the right instead of the left. Your eyes aren't playing tricks on you, the putting grid is. Think about it in terms of getting the putting grid when you putt from the green edge. You're not able to 'see' all the breaks because the grid squares are way too big. The same applies when putting on the green for specific Rufus Arena and Hard Difficulty holes. The normal putting grid squares aren't small enough to see those slight bumps and hills. For example the 'new' version of the hole on rufus with the circular green, then a ring of bunker, then a ring of sand on a dogleg right curve. (forget what hole it is).
Trust your eyes on the green itself and make sure the grid matches what you actually see.
